We are ready to take you to the next level. Your success is our success. We are an independently-owned tax and accounting firm based in Bloomington, Indiana.

Our Mission

Our mission is to give our clients an excellent product, with quality service and responsiveness, while maintaining confidentiality and integrity in our business relationships.

Stampfli Associates, CPAs was founded in 1993 by Linda Simon. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Linda moved to Bloomington with her family in 1967 to pursue an MBA in accounting from Indiana University. Since those early days, our founding members have been members of the local Bloomington community.

Linda was our company President for the next 15 years and helped grow the firm from it’s initial members and office space to where we are today. In 2008, Linda stepped down as President but remained on staff as a senior accountant until her retirement in 2010.

Throughout her career and into retirement, Linda devoted herself to her family and community service. She served on the boards of various local organizations and was a mentor for young women. Linda passed away in 2014, but her legacy of compassion, service, and unwavering commitment to her family, associates, clients, and community continues to inspire and guide the people and values here at Stampfli Associates.
